The terms that govern an order placed with Maison Dustur. Last updated July 2026.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we confirm directly with you before it ships. Because each chapter is produced in a strictly limited run, availability shown at checkout is not guaranteed until we've confirmed it — in the rare case a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you before proceeding.
We accept two payment methods: Cash on Delivery, settled with the courier on arrival, and Bank Transfer, arranged directly with our team before shipping. We do not process card payments and hold no card data. All prices are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes.
We currently deliver within Morocco only. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout and on the confirmation page are our best estimate, not a guarantee — see our Shipping & Returns page for full detail. Risk in a piece passes to you once it's delivered to the address you provided.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Because our pieces are produced in strictly limited runs, we cannot guarantee that a returned size will be replaceable once a chapter has sold out.
Maison Dustur is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays. Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
Every photograph, silhouette, text, and the Maison Dustur name and mark are the property of Maison Dustur and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from an order shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
